For us, it’s more than just a waffle. It’s love at first bite! What is a liege waffle? Liege waffles originated in Belgium, in the 18th century, when a Prince of Liege asked his chef to make him a waffle pastry with sugar nibs. They have been making them in Belgium ever since. We think ours is the best (that’s because it is). Our liege waffle is made with a dough and imported Belgian Pearl Sugar, and waffled on cast iron waffle irons, for a caramelized and crispy exterior and a moist and dense interior. We make our dough fresh daily using the finest ingredients; we never use artificial flavors or sweeteners, and to the extent possible we buy local and all-natural.
